The Challenge:
Our challenge was to accurately convey the project’s unique blend of communal openness and high-end facilities, all while supporting the pre-leasing process by appealing to the sophisticated expectations of future residents.
The Approach:
We engaged in a deep, collaborative effort with Zucker Properties and architects Ariel Bleich Design to refine and perfect the project’s concept. The ambitious goal was to create a living space that not only catered to the practical needs of student life but also embodied the luxury and comfort of resort-like amenities, including an Equinox-style fitness club and a rooftop pool.
The Result:
Our renderings and animations, showcasing the project’s expansive common areas and resort-level amenities, played a crucial role in the pre-leasing phase. These 3D visualizations highlighted the innovative design and luxurious facilities and underscored the project’s commitment to creating a vibrant, community-oriented student living experience.

Project Description
This unique luxury student housing project in Austin, Texas, offers expansive common spaces and resort-style amenities, including an Equinox-inspired fitness club, a cardio suite with Peloton bikes, a yoga studio, hot and cold hydrotherapy pools, and a rooftop pool. Working closely with the owners and the design team, we produced 3D renderings and animations showcasing the key spaces and amenities.
