The Challenge:
The project demanded 3D renderings that captured the home’s grandeur and intricate luxurious details, designed by PHX Architecture with interiors by Laura Kehoe Design. The task was to ensure these visuals not only communicated the opulence and scale of the property but also resonated with the high expectations of potential buyers in the luxury market.
The Approach:
Bowen Studios focused on creating several high-quality 3D renderings of key spaces within the home to highlight the open architectural plan and elegant interior details. We also developed slow 3D animations that guided viewers through the space, allowing them to experience the home’s luxury and serene location.
The Result:

This stunning home sits atop the foothills of North Scottsdale, offering breathtaking views of Phoenix. We created multiple renderings of the main living area and the lower-level family room to support the marketing efforts. Additionally, we produced slow-motion animated clips to showcase the home’s elegance and grandeur. The exterior rendering was prominently featured on the cover of Luxury Home Magazine in Arizona.
