The Challenge:
Bald Eagle Luxury Estate’s primary challenge was to create renderings without a fully designed interior. We are essential interior designers, using our 3D computer models library to craft an exclusive residential home that could meet the lofty expectations of a discerning client while integrating seamlessly into its natural surroundings. Potential homeowners in this high-end market demand the utmost in luxur and a living space that offers modern technological conveniences.
The Approach:
Reference other high-end homes in the Deer Valley area and prioritize luxury and innovative technology in the renderings. This extravagant home was designed sustainably, featuring materials sourced for luxury and environmental impact. Smart home technology was integrated into the renderings, providing future homeowners with unparalleled details of their luxury features.
The Result:
The renderings of Bald Eagle Luxury Home captured breathtaking views from nearly every room and angle, showcasing the property in various seasons and lighting—daytime, dusk, summer, and winter. These visually stunning depictions made a significant internet splash, driven in part by the high-profile owner, Ryan Smith, owner of the Utah Jazz and the newly acquired Utah Hockey Club. Highlighting luxury, cutting-edge technology, and sustainability, the project garnered widespread attention and elevated property values within the development.

Project Description
The owner of this amazing lot, positioned right on a Deer Valley ski run, decided to sell the lot along the architectural design before they break ground. 14 bathrooms. 11 fireplaces. The lot is near the top of a small ridge giving all of the nearby homes nearly private access to some ski runs. To help with sales we were asked to create renderings of nearly the entire home – including the garage. Summer and winter. Daytime & dusk.
