The Challenge:
The project for Rory Murphy’s Development in Park City, Utah, embodied a unique challenge due to its distinctive location—the last on-mountain development in Old Town, directly on Park City Mountain Resort. The task was to create 3D visual materials that highlighted this unparalleled setting and resonated with the development’s ethos of mirroring the natural beauty surrounding it.
The Approach:
By embracing the environment, we crafted beautiful 3D renderings and animations showcasing development through the changing seasons. Recognizing the importance of immersive experiences in conveying the true essence of the King’s Crown community, we developed both summer and winter animations to illustrate the area’s year-round appeal. Additionally, we created a Virtual Tour of a unit, offering potential buyers a first-hand glimpse into the luxurious lifestyle and scenic beauty that awaits them.
The Result:
The deliverables for the King’s Crown project—3D renderings, seasonal animations, and Virtual Tours told a compelling story of life at Park City’s last on-mountain development. By vividly bringing to life the architecture and its majestic mountain setting in both summer and winter, we elevated the exclusive opportunity King’s Crown represents. This suite of visual assets not only enhanced the marketing efforts but significantly contributed to the project’s appeal, showcasing the development’s commitment to luxury, beauty, and harmony with nature.
