The Challenge:
The Pendry Residences were a prestigious vacation timeshare created by Columbus Pacific Development and Montage International. As a luxury ski-in/ski-out property during the winter months, it was imperative to also showcase the year-round appeal of this exceptional location. Tasked with creating both winter and summer 3D renderings, we needed to vividly convey the alpine setting’s versatility, highlighting its allure beyond the snowy season.
The Approach:
Working within the financial framework provided by Columbus Pacific Development, our team collaborated closely with Elliott Workgroup to ensure our 3D visuals aligned with the project’s luxury aesthetics. Thus underscoring the unique features and beauty of Pendry Residences in both seasons.
The Result:
The Pendry Residences project stands as a testament to the power of strategic visual storytelling. By meticulously crafting both enchanting winter and vibrant summer scenes, we were able to highlight the year-round allure of this luxury Montage International offering within the Park City Mountain resort. Significantly broadening the market appeal of the 152 top-tier ski-in/ski-out residences. Our efforts culminated in a compelling visual narrative that resonated deeply with potential buyers, showcasing the unparalleled lifestyle that Pendry Residences Park City offers.
