Many large-scale real estate development projects are led by an amazing marketing team who look at the big picture needs prior to, during, and post construction of any project in order to drum up interest and potential buyers. While Berkshire Hathaway Utah Properties was creating their marketing plans for The Ridge at Canyons Village, they brought in bowen studios to create visual collateral to be used during all three phases.
The marketing plan needed to include imagery of the three different building types in the community as well as showcase the two interior package styles that buyers could choose from - light and dark. bowen studios worked closely with Think Architecture (Salt Lake City) and Natural Instincts (Park City) to develop impactful renderings that set this development apart from the rest. Additionally, our team created an animation that included aerial drone video as well as flythroughs in the 3D model - in both winter and spring versions to give prospective buyers a sense of the property at various times of the year.
